This song, like many of the songs on the album, is themed around the change that has happened in my life recently. It's essentially an 'all you need is love', because love seems to be the only thing that can truly heal me, especially if I've been wronged, or have had to face a harsh reality which may typically generate hate within somebody. It's about learning and staying positive.
